A call about your business
I explain in plain terms how AI can help a business like yours. Then we go through two of your problems: the jobs that take up most of your week.
You come away with:
- your two jobs written down, with a rough idea of the hours each one costs you
- what could be done about each
- a straight answer on whether a day together is worth it for you
A day at your workplace
This has to be done in person, on your own computer. It can't be done remotely.
The day is one to one: I work with one person at a time. Want your whole team using AI? Have a look at the teams packages.
Set-up
I install Claude, the AI assistant, on your computer, on your own account, and set up a tidy folder layout for your business.
Your manual
You're at the keyboard and I sit beside you. Claude drafts your company manual from your own files, and you correct it where it's got it wrong. That's about two hours of your time, and it's how you learn to use it.

We get the two jobs from the call working for real, on your real work, before I leave.

I show you the four habits that keep it working.

A check-in two weeks later
A short call. Are you still using it, what else are you doing with AI now? Is the manual still right? What have you got planned? Do you need any more assistance from me?

Everything is on your computer, in your name. It's plain text that works with any AI tool, or with none.

- About two hours at the keyboard, correcting the manual draft. Claude does the writing.
- At least two real jobs you want off your plate.
- A Claude subscription in your own name. You pay for it directly, and you can cancel it at any time.
Your data
Your files stay yours
- Your files stay on your computer. Claude reads your business folder, and only the other services you choose to connect.
- It drafts, you send. Nothing goes to a customer until you've read it.
- Your accounts are yours. I never put you on my account, and I can't get into your computer after I leave.
- I show you exactly what it can and can't reach before we connect anything real.

I haven't got time to document anything.
You don't write it. Claude drafts it from your own files, with you at the keyboard and me beside you, and you correct it where it's got it wrong. You stay in control, and you learn how to use it as you go.
My job software does AI now.
It knows your jobs. It doesn't know you won't take commercial work under £500, or how you word a price increase, or which customers need ringing the day before. That's the bit that's in your head, and that's what I write down.
Why pay you to teach me a chatbot?
You're not paying for the tool. You're paying for someone to work out which two things in your business are worth doing, and make them stick.
If you need it: your own programs and apps
Once AI has a job running, I can build it into something of your own: a program you start with a double-click, a small app, or a web page your team can use. The jobs you do every day then happen at the click of a button. Priced separately, and only if you want it.
After that
It's up to you. Some people carry on by themselves. Others want more: more of the manual, more jobs, or small programs that do the repetitive bits on their own. That's priced separately, and there's no commitment. See What it costs.
