For organisations and teams

A day's work across the team, automated to minutes.

We take the slow processes your people share and get AI doing them in minutes, so the time goes on growing the business. Compliant with your organisation's data and AI policies.

Who it's for

Teams working in an enterprise

Companies, schools, charities and professional practices, where several people work together on a process that takes too long.

We look at the process end to end, then use AI to take the slow steps out. The work is carried out to your organisation's standards and your professional standards, inside your data and AI policies.

Start small, prove the case

A few people first, not the whole organisation

Rather than attempt change across the whole organisation at once, we get a few people working efficiently with AI first. It's easier to control, it stays inside a safe, ring-fenced scope, and it proves the benefit with real numbers before anyone commits to more.

  • One to one, at their own desk. Training a room at once doesn't stick. Each person gets time on their own work.
  • It fits what you already have. If you already pay for AI tools, we start there. Nothing new is installed without the right person's say-so.
  • Everything in writing. A plan before we start, an agreed order form, and notes for each person on how their work now runs.

How it works

Start small, then a fixed price for the work

  1. A 20-minute call

Which process is slow, who's involved, and whether there's a fit. When you book, I ask for your organisation's registered details so I can check who I'm talking to.

  2. The starter package

From £1,000 + VAT. We agree it in an order form that goes through your procurement (purchase order, NDA, tailored terms), accepted and paid before the first call. A short series of calls with the people involved, to agree the scope, check it against your policies and measure how long the process takes now. You get a written plan, and a fixed-price proposal for the work.

  3. The work itself

Training, automation, or both, at the price agreed in the proposal.

Run a small business, and make the decisions yourself?

The owner package is the better fit: a call, a day at your workplace with your slowest jobs automated, and a check-in two weeks later, at a fixed price. How it works for owners →

Examples

What the work can look like

A few people, two processes
Training 3 people and automating 2 processes, saving about 20 staff hours a week
£3,000 – £5,000 + VAT
A day's work in two minutes
An app that gathers complex information from several sources and requirements, and turns a day-long process into a two-minute button press and a review
£10,000 – £15,000 + VAT
Regular support
One day a week over six months (working days agreed with you), to get AI working across a team and keep it working
£22,000 – £25,000 + VAT
An in-house secure AI server
AI that runs entirely on your own hardware, for data that must never leave the building. Most of the cost is hardware; we advise on what you need.
£8,000 – £60,000 + VAT

Examples, not a price list. Where a package sits in its range depends on your plan. Every package is quoted against your plan, at a fixed price, before work starts.

Ensuring compliance

To your policies and your professional standards

Before anyone touches real work, we agree what AI may and may not use.

What we ask first

  • Do you have an AI policy, and who is responsible for how AI is used?
  • What do your contracts with your own clients say about AI and their data?
  • Who needs to approve a new way of working, or a new tool?
  • Which AI tools do you already have, for example Microsoft 365 Copilot?
  • How is your data controlled today: who can see what, and where is it kept?

Don't worry if you haven't got answers to all of these. Working them out is part of the starter package.

Where your data is processed

  • For most AI workflows, we recommend Claude, which processes data in Anthropic's cloud in the US.
  • Kept in the UK: Claude can run in your own Amazon or Google cloud account, in a UK region. The other big providers have UK options too: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure can process in the UK, Google's Gemini can on Google Cloud for some models, and OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise stores data in the UK (processing may happen elsewhere).
  • Your Microsoft 365: many organisations already have Microsoft 365 packages that keep client data ring-fenced in their own tenant, and we can work with those.
  • Never leaves the building: AI running entirely on your own hardware, for the data that needs it.

We agree which, in writing, before work starts.

Using it safely

Everyone learns the risks

On their own computer. For example, how instructions hidden in an email, document or web page can try to steer the AI (prompt injection): a real but harmless example, how to set things up so it can't do damage, and what to do if it ever happens.

Clear guardrails

AI is powerful, and how your organisation uses it is your responsibility. So we explain the guardrails, starting with the most important: it drafts, people send. Nothing goes to a client or the public until someone has read it. Our guardrails are recommended best practice, not a guarantee, and AI changes quickly.

Owned by your organisation

Accounts, licences and data stay with you, under your existing controls. You decide whether to use it more widely across your organisation, and you can cancel at any time, directly with the provider. You don't need us for either.

Buying from us

Purchase orders, NDAs and tailored contracts.

We work to your procurement process.

  • Paid before the work starts. Each stage is invoiced in advance and paid before it begins, by bank transfer or card.

Key terms

  • You're in control. We show your people how to use the tools, and set them up so your organisation stays in control. How they're used after that is your responsibility, and the agreement sets that out.
  • Agreed and paid before we start. The order form is accepted, and each stage paid for, before work begins.
  • Dates move by agreement. Cancelling or moving a date is agreed between us.
  • What we make for you. Your outputs and your company manual are yours. Software, processes and materials we provide are licensed for use within your organisation, not for sharing outside it or reselling. Ownership of larger custom work is agreed before it starts.

The full terms.
