What we can do for your business
Time saving and growth
For a typical small business
Get your evenings back
9 hours a week
Or about 56 days a year, at 7.5 hours a day
Or win more work
£41k more a year
In turnover, if you spend that time winning and doing more work
An illustration for a typical small business: 11.5 hours a week of paperwork in a 45-hour week, £150,000 turnover, and your time at £29 an hour. Not a promise.
From the figures you put into the calculator this visit. An illustration, not a promise.
Who it's for
Owners and senior managers of small businesses
Trades, agents, shops, restaurants, offices: the process works with almost any type of business.
I work with one person at a time, on the jobs they do themselves. The best place to start is wherever slow jobs are holding the business back. Often that's the owner or a manager, but it can be anyone who's become the bottleneck.

How it works
Three steps, fixed price
A call about your business
About an hour. I explain in plain terms how AI can help a business like yours, and we go through the two jobs that take up most of your week.
A day at your workplace
I set everything up on your own computer, we draft your company manual from your own files, and we get those two jobs working for real before I leave.
A check-in two weeks later
Is it still in use? What's next?
You type, I sit with you
You don't have to write the manual. On the day, you're at the keyboard and I'm beside you. Claude drafts it from your own files, and you correct it where it's got it wrong. You stay in control, and by the time I leave you know how to use it. About two hours of your time.
If you need it: your own programs and apps
Once AI has a job running, I can build it into something of your own: a program you start with a double-click, a small app, or a web page your team can use. The jobs you do every day then happen at the click of a button. Priced separately, and only if you want it. What it costs
What you end up with
Time back to grow your business
AI runs the jobs that take up your week, so you can spend that time growing the business.
- At least two of your slowest jobs, done in minutes. Things like writing up quotes from your price list, or booking in stock from a photo. Working for real, on your own work, before I leave.
- A written guide to how your business runs. How you quote, your prices and terms, who does what. It's what lets the AI do the job your way, and your staff can read it too.
- Your files, sorted, so the AI can find what it needs.
- Four simple habits that keep it all working after I've gone.
What if we come to depend on it?
Get started first. Once it's part of how you work, I can show you how to manage the risks of depending on AI. Your manual is plain text that you own, and it works with any AI tool, or with none.
About me
I'm Ben
I've spent 25 years building software and running companies: an app developer that grew to 40 people, and a games company of 15. For the last two years I've been using AI to develop complex software applications and to run the admin of businesses. I know what it's like to run a small firm, and I can build the tools you need when AI on its own isn't enough.
